Baby Prakash is a l0 month old baby born to a daily wager and was diagnosed to have a heart problem three months back. He got operated 1 month back in Malar Hospital. Funds for the same was provided by Kalaignar Kapittu Thitam (government insurance scheme). Due to infection in the surgical site he would require more funds to the tune of Rs.20000. Total amount came out to be Rs. 67000. Hospital was nice enough to reduce it to 45000
